This listing is for a beautiful Allan H. Selig official major league baseball autographed by the one and only Space Shuttle Astronaut Sally Ride. This is a beautiful baseball; it has been kept in an airtight food saver bag as you can see how white it is. The ball is signed perfectly on the sweet spot and has been authenticated by PSA/DNA, and I had it signed in Pasadena California at Cal Tech in 1994. She inscribed both of her Space Shuttle Missions on the baseball at my request, and she was nice enough to do it for me which was STS-7 and STS-41G. The STS-7 mission was on June 18th 1983 when they launched 2 communication satellites and she operated the robotic arm to deploy and retrieve the spas-1 satellite. The STS-41G mission was on October 5th 1984 and they deployed the first earth radiation budget satellite and conducted earth observation experiments and then Katherine Sullivan and David Leestma conducted a spacewalk. Katherine Sullivan conducted the First American Woman Astronaut Spacewalk on October 11th 1984.
