Included with the book is a typed signed letter on FBI Director’s letterhead, dated December 4, 1964, addressed to the same recipient. In the letter, Hoover thanks Mrs. Nash for her support and confirms he has autographed her books. Letter is hand-signed by Hoover. Original FBI mailing envelope is also present.
