In this 1967 comedy, Robert Morse, with the help of an all-star cast, teaches Walter Matthau the fine art of philandering. Matthau, happily married to sexy Inger Stevens, has no burning desire to cheat, but Morse makes the prospect sound very attractive. Finally taking the “big step” with a glamorous brunette after months of careful preparation, Matthau finds that he loves his wife way too much to betray her. He was also nominated for Best Actor Oscars for Kotch and The Sunshine Boys. He co-starred with Jack Lemmon in 11 films, including The Fortune Cookie, two Odd Couples and two Grump(ier) Old Men.
